1. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older to place an order.
• By using our website, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Products & Certifications

• All gold jewellery sold is BIS-hallmarked.
• Diamonds and gemstones are certified by IGI, GIA, SGL, or equivalent labs.
• Product images are for representation only. Slight variations in weight, size, or appearance may occur.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are in INR and inclusive of GST unless specified otherwise.
• Making charges, wastage, shipping, and GST are strictly non-refundable.
• Payments can be made via approved payment gateways. COD is not available for high-value items.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship only via insured logistics partners (Sequel Logistics, BVC Express, etc.).
• Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to external factors.
• Responsibility for safe delivery remains with Svana Jewels until the product is handed over.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted only under our official Return Policy.
• Customised, engraved, damaged, or altered jewellery is non-returnable.
• Refunds are processed to the original mode of payment within 15 working days after inspection.

6. Buyback & Exchange

• Gold Jewellery: 100% of prevailing gold value (less GST, making charges, and wastage).
• Diamond Jewellery: 100% of gold value + 70% of diamond value.
• Gemstone Jewellery: 100% of gold value + 70% of gemstone value.
• Exchange allowed only for new purchases of higher value.
• Original invoice and certificates are mandatory.
• Not applicable on promotional/discounted/customised items.

7. Repairs & Resizing

• First ring resizing (±2 sizes) is free within 30 days.
• Further resizing, polishing, or repairs will be chargeable.
• Damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorised alteration is not covered.

8. Cancellations

• Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours of confirmation.
• Customised and made-to-order jewellery cannot be cancelled.

9. Intellectual Property

• All content (logos, images, text, designs) is the property of Svana Jewels.
• Unauthorised use of content is strictly prohibited under Indian Copyright & Trademark Laws.

10. Liability Limitation

• Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product only.
• We are not responsible for indirect losses such as delays, business loss, or emotional distress.

11. Privacy & Security

• Customer data is handled as per our Privacy Policy.
• We do not store or share sensitive card/payment details.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
• Disputes will be under the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

13. Amendments

• We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice.
• The latest version will always be available on this website.
